KENZO - Flower In The Air

I don't usually do posts on perfumes however since I received a little sample of this gorgeous fragrance by Kenzo, I thought it was so relevant to do this post!

THE SCENT

I already own the perfume 'Flower' by Kenzo and I'd honestly have to admit that they both smell quite similar to me. Almost identical, but not exact.

Obviously the name of this lovely perfume gives away the scent of it which is a rosy, floral smell. Whenever I smell this it makes me think of a rose!

I certainly wouldn't say that this is a strong perfume. Although I would easily be able to notice it if I walked past someone wearing it. It's not a strong scent, but it's not too faint either which I like.

The power of Flower In The Air lasts me a good 8 hours or so. It lasts VERY long and I only used a few drops of the tester! I would buy the whole product because I'd love smelling like a flower all day however I just think it smells way too similar to 'Flower'.

THE BOTTLE

The bottle of this fragrance is so small and cute! This would be the bottle of the average sized fragrance. 

I would recommend anyone to give this a try! On the other hand, if you already own 'Flower' by Kenzo. I'd advise you to wait till that runs out first to avoid wasting your money. If you'd like to go out and smell it for yourself just visit your local House of Fraser or Debenhams.

Thierry Mugler - WOMANITY

Luckily I got this as a gift from a family member recently and ever since I have been so obsessed with this perfume! I only have the 10ml one which costs £19.50. However this small amount is much worth the price.

The Packaging

Womanity looks absolutely beautiful! This is a different design of packaging to the average size as I only have the 10ml bottle. The top is so simple to use. What I admire about the packaging the most is the engraved patterns and face. I'm in love with the intricate design. I've seen both sizes of packaging and either way they both look stunning.

The Scent

The unique scent of this perfume is somewhat extraordinary. I haven't smelt anything so diverse before, there's no other perfume like it. It's quite a sandalwood scent with a hint of sweet smells. Although if you're not a fan of harsh scents I'm not sure if this would be the perfume for you as it is very strong. Once I spray this onto myself, the smell of Womanity changes a few times before it adapts to its final scent. I wasn't pleased with it at all when I first applied it as it came across way too harsh for me, although after a few minutes it did settle down to a divine smell.

The Durability

There's nothing worse than a perfume that dies out quickly, although with Womanity it doesn't fade at all and the scent stays on well for a good few hours.

I use this perfume nearly all the time now and the bottle is still quite full believe it or not.

I'd  recommend trying this, if you're obsessed with perfume and haven't had this yet it's certainly something worth looking into. A must-have!

Victoria Secret Beach Smelling Fragrances

Hey guys! Hope you're enjoying the weather. I'm loving the summer here recently, I've been waiting for summer all year!
Because its hot and summery, I've decided to do a post on a couple of my favourite beach smelling fragrances by Victoria Secret. Island Bound and Tropical Breeze.

ISLAND BOUND

Island Bound is a beautiful mist of hibiscus and cupuacu melon. I always feel fresh and smell divine whenever I apply this on. This limey, sweet fragrance mist is one of my all time favourite fragrances! I think it's perfect for summer because it smells so exotic and triopical! 

TROPICAL BREEZE

This is a really gorgeous scent!!! The mangosteen and acueena blossom makes me smell like a tropical drink and sweet candy! Tropical Breeze also reminds me of the drink Pina Colada. The more I use this, the more I fall in love with it!

Overall the scents last so long! I use these products daily and they are still quite full! I always receive compliments whenever I wear this, all the time! And they pretty much stay on me all day. I would definitely recommend Victoria Secret fragrance mists to anyone who loves smelling divine. They have such a large variety of scents, its amazing! Although these two really stood out to me, especially for this summer!

Review on My Favourite Fragrance: Rihanna - Reb'l Fleur

 

 

 

Reb'l Fleur is Rihanna's first fragrance and I remember receiving it as a gift last year for my birthday. Ever since then I've listed it as my most favourite fragrance ever! This bottle of perfume is perfection!
What I love about this is that it can last you for hours and hours even if you spritz it once on your neck or wrist. The scent just stays on you throughout the whole day when it seems like you've hardly sprayed anything on! Reb'l Fleur smells fruity, exotic and tropical and its quite overwhelming. This is an ideal perfume to wear whether it be during the day or night because its just spicy and sweet!

The packaging is great and the bottle is very beautiful however the only problem with this fragrance is that it tends to run out VERY fast! After a few spritzes you can instantly notice the perfume running out. Although it still doesn't stop me from loving this product, it's truly amazing and my best perfume by far!

Perfume of the Month: Kim Kardashian

Winter is coming to an end and Spring has finally arrived! This may not be a new perfume, but I definitely list this as one of my all time favourites!
This is Kim's first fragrance and I personally think it's truly her best, every time I wear it I receive a ton of compliments.

Her perfume rapidly gives you a sweet floral scent and has very strong jasmine and gardenia notes. What made me fall in love with this perfume is how long it lasts, it lasts at least a good 6 hours minimum if not all day! You can either wear this day or night as it smells so divine! The bottle is exquisitely beautiful and very appealing.

Kim's fragrance is girly, flowery and flirty. PERFECT for spring!

You can purchase this at Debenhams or Boots for £40, the scent is beautiful and lasts ALL day! It's worth every penny.
